Dr Garrett is Board Certified by the International Board of Applied Kinesiology, Dr Garrett has been Practicing 40 years in San Diego.
He is certified in many diciplines such as Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, Pain Management, Disability analysis, lastley, a Federal Medical Examiner with Department of Transportation(DOT)
Dr Garrett is a Master of Martial Arts having been Recognized and Acknowledged in the Martial Arts Hall of Fame
He was fortunate to train with many Doctors in Applied Kinesiology and was most improved with the Discovieries of Dr Jose Palomar
