Hi, I’m Dan. I’ve been a registered Osteopath since 2012 and am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Over the years, I’ve completed the beginners, intermediate, and advanced PDTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex) courses, and I was part of the very first group to train in PDTR here in London, UK.
Alongside osteopathy, I’m also a movement therapist, personal trainer, and hypnotherapist. Before all of that, though, my first career was as a dancer — I toured the world performing in the percussion and dance show STOMP. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how the body moves and adapts, and it naturally led me toward helping others move better, too.
I’ve always believed that functional neurology is the missing link when it comes to understanding movement — the two are completely intertwined. What I love about PDTR is that it helps me connect the dots between a person’s injury history and how those experiences have shaped the way they move today. My goal is always to help people feel more connected, capable, and confident in their own bodies.
